Eligibility criteria
2nd Class or Grade C Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized University.
2nd Class or Grade C Associate Degree ADP in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration (Finance/Accounting) from an HEC-recognized University.
Computer Literate with typing speed of 30 words per minute.
Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years (Including General Age Relaxation of Five Years).
Males and Females are eligible for this appointment. Disabled Persons and Minorities are also eligible to apply as per the quota set by the Government of Pakistan. Government Servants may apply by providing No Objection Certificates.
As per Government Policy, a 10% quota for women and 5% for minorities have been preserved in the Provincial/Regional quota. A 2% disability quota will be observed as per the rules. Disabled persons must have a certificate from an authorized Government Organization.

Age Limit:
The upper age limit can be further relaxed as follows:
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Buddhist Community, Sindh Rural, and Balochistan (up to 3 years).
- Released or retired personnel of the armed forces of Pakistan (up to 15 years) or the number of years actually served in the armed forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.
- Government Servant and Contract employees who have completed continuous Government service of 2 years on the closing date for receipt of applications (up to 10 years).
- Widows, sons or daughters of a deceased civil servant who died during service (up to 5 years).
- Persons with disabilities (up to 10 years).
